Silent Saga’s Immortal, is the second EP from the band. It features 3 tracks that brings explosive thrills of the early waves of female fronted metal combined with modern sound characteristics.
The songs were arranged by the band with the support of the producers Sander Gommans (After Forever, Trillium, HDK) and Amanda Somerville (Avantasia, Trillium, Kiske/Somerville) since the beginning.
Immortal track brings into perspective how we relate to some our most visceral feelings, love and attraction. Is there a way to control them, or do they control us? That amazing but toxic feeling, the way it acts upon our better judgement… why do we still pursue it when it can hurt so bad? and more importantly: why is it still worth it in the end?
Suicide Note brings to discussion one very current and important subject: how depression is often overlooked, and the consequences of this horrible, potentially deadly disease. It sheds some light over the feelings a person with this condition experiences, helping us all understand how bad it is.
Time like the name already says talks about how we use our time in life. If used well, time is powerful, it gives us the chance to accomplish a lot and fulfill our dreams. At the same time if used wrongly, it can ruin lives, so we have to use it wisely.
These three tracks make up for a powerful second album, keeping the energy from the first album and preparing the way for their next work.
